About the Course

The course aims to explore when and how to better develop and integrate the Supply Chain and Continuity Management disciplines and life cycles. All organisations large and small are increasingly dependent on their suppliers, supply chains and outsourced operations to provide vital aspects of their products and services to customers yet suffer from confused internal strategies and policies from departments with historically siloed perspectives. The course will look at how best to align departmental priorities and form a consistent approach to suppliers, partners and other interested parties in the supply chain. Naturally, the course is entirely consistent with current thinking on risk and resilience measures as well as ISO22301 and the new BCI Good Practice Guidelines (GPG 2018).

Learning Outcomes

You will leave this course with an understanding of how to integrate your business continuity programme with your supply chain.
