Introduction

This two day course explores the concept of Organisational Resilience within the context of BS 65000 and the draft ISO 22316. Using a mixture of discussions and group exercises you will take away a deeper understanding of resilience within your own organisation and try out a number of activities that could increase it.

Who should attend this course?

This course is aimed at those with some knowledge of Business Continuity Management or related disciplines such as resilience, risk management and security.
