Summary:
This two-day course will enable delegates to take the initiative and use the media and other communication channels to their advantage in a crisis. You will learn how an organisation can emerge from an incident with its reputation enhanced, rather than diminished, and how to be remembered for handling a crisis rather than for having a crisis.
