Summary:
This two-day course looks at the technical issues surrounding IT Disaster Recovery and examines the major pitfalls and common assumptions which prevent Disaster Recovery Plans from working. The course is intended to bridge the gap between business and technical staff.

Course Presenters:
Ian is an experienced Business Continuity professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications field. Having served in the UK forces, Ian went on to become Head of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery at Orange, and was there until 2005. Mike was responsible for BT’s BC Commercial activities until the year 2000 and managed the BT portfolio of BC and DR Services.
