Security Risk Management Using CRAMM

Summary:

On completion of this three day course, delegates will have an understanding of the CRAMM methodology and CRAMM Version 5 software. Delegates will be able to use the method and software for their own security risk analysis and risk management requirements. Delegates will also learn how to use CRAMM Express – a high level risk assessment tool that allows you to conduct an initial risk assessment within half a day.

The Course is for:

New users of the CRAMM software and those responsible for the execution or management of risk assessment and management programmes.

The Course Covers:

• Information and security risk analysis process
• Undertake information security risk analyses, using CRAMM Express
• How to apply CRAMM’s expert processes to assess risk and achieve suitable risk management for a variety of situations and system
• Components of the CRAMM method and software that can be applied to provide ‘decision support’ for security improvement proposals.
