Summary:
You will learn how to develop, manage and run Business Continuity and Incident Management exercises. The course is mostly practical, with participants developing and then managing an exercise, using other course participants. The course follows the requirements of ISO 22301 and is endorsed by the British Standards Institution and the Emergency Planning Society.

Course Presenters:
Ian Charters, FBCI
Ian has been a member of the Business Continuity Institute since 1997 and was elected a Fellow in 2004. He is an internationally respected Business Continuity practitioner and a former member of the board of the BCI. He also held the position of Chair of Education at the BCI and was on the working party which developed BS 25999. Ian runs Continuity Systems which helps organisations of all sizes develop and implement BCM programmes.
