This two-day course focuses on the technical and procedural issues surrounding ICT Service Continuity & Disaster Recovery examining the major pitfalls and common assumptions which prevent both Service Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans from working - when they are most needed!
The course also promotes the need for the continuance of the ICT Services and the people responsible for the services, upon which our Business colleagues have an-ever growing dependence. The course ultimately aims to bridge the gap in understanding between 'the business' and the technical staff.

Course Presenters:
Mike Mikkelsen, FBCI & Ian Francis, MBCI
Ian is an experienced Business Continuity professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications field. Having served in the UK forces, Ian went on to become Head of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery at Orange, and was there until 2005. Mike was responsible for BT’s BC Commercial activities until the year 2000 and managed the BT portfolio of BC and DR Services.
