Rosie is among a tiny handful of the world’s specialist in the human aspect of disaster response. She was Project Co-ordinator both for the ‘9/11’ and Tsunami help-lines... Catherine is expert in the human components of business continuity, she is a consultant, coach, trainer and mentor.
