Policy, Programme Management & Culture (Module I)

This module covers Chapters one and six of the good practice guidelines document. A sucessfull BCM programme is dependent upon corporate BCM policy and effective programme management. This module provides an introduction to the Business Continuity lifecycle. It examines the Business Continuity industry as a whole and introduces the Good Practices Guidelines. Back to Summary

The award winning Cotswold Conference Centre is near Moreton-In-Marsh, which is 90 Minutes on a direct line from London Paddington. As part of our green policy, we offer free transfers from Moreton-in-Marsh railway station and Birmingham International Airport/ Railway Stn so that you can leave the car at home (some restrictions apply; please contact us for details).
