Summary:

This one-day course examines the BS ISO/IEC 27031:2011 and how it aligns with existing standards and guidance. Referring to ISO 22301 and the BCI Good Practice Guidelines, we will look at how to integrate this Guideline for Information and Communications Technology Readiness for Business Continuity into existing BCM Programmes.

The Course Will Benefit:

The course will benefit all those involved in strategic or operational ICT Service Management and Business Continuity Professionals, offering the potential to save their organisation money by fulfilling requirements at an early stage, rather than having to make costly changes later.

Mike Mikkelsen, FBCI

Mike was responsible for BT’s BC Commercial activities until the year 2000 and managed the BT portfolio of BC and DR Services. He now runs the internationally acclaimed consultancy service, Redan International, and is in great demand as a BC and DR consultant world-wide.
